where can i find a massage therapist in puerto vallarta who does deep tissue therapeutic massage?

I was in a car accident and have whiplash injuries. I need to find a good deep tissue massage therapist. There are a lot of massage therapists here for relaxation, but I haven't found one who does therapeutic deep tissue massage.
