Looking for massage chair repair?

I have two massage chair recliners that remote controls are not working properly. LCD of remotes are not dead but they don't work properly. I'd like to know if anyone know who I can contact to repair these remotes. The chair only indicates 'Beautyhealth'..no model listed. I've tried searching for Beautyhealth but no luck. Any help and info are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

1. I suggest taking the chair back to where to bought it from. going directly to the manufacturer, they will just send you on a wild goose chase to get you out of their hair. Take the chair back to where you bought it and demand a replacement! They then deal with the manufacturers and all of their defects. I hope this helped!
