1. Lots of places in dubai offer they call it Haman Magribe./Moroccan bath/it is part of the spa service.You can have it in your private swimming pool in some of their unit.. You can go to Al Qasr or Jumeira group of hotels.
2. No that kind of service wouldn not be possible in Dubai. I don't think ArabianBarbie realises what is involved.
